As a Trans-women on hormone therapy sometimes mental health can over come positive goals you set for yourself and that realization can form a domino effect with other accomplishments you may set for yourself.

A tip on being able to push through is always give yourself something in your happy space to grieve in. For me it’s fashion, I beat my face, wear expensive clothes in my closet and let my hair grieve with 2 strokes of a brush and a elastic.

Alot of people mask their feelings and put on a fake happy front when the truth is they need a good neighbor to give some words of comfort and care.

Do you have a safe space outlet you express your distress in? In order to grieve achieve and progress? If not you should think about what space that can be for you.

Self awareness, self care, self worth, is all you! So give it to yourself.
