Salmon is a fish that supports both trans-male and trans-female hormonal level development.

Here’s a recipe to flatter your taste buds while keeping you healthy.

1 salmon fish;
sprinkle light to moderate amount of Cool Runnings onion power over salmon.

sprinkle light to moderate amount of Cool Runnings seafood or fish seasoning over salmon .

Chop up cilantro, parsley, and feta cheese mix together and place on top of salmon. Squeeze 1/3 of lemon juice and pour over salmon.

Bake salmon at 425┬░degrees for 15-20 minutes. To give your salmon the golden brown look at the top, cook on broil for the last 5 minutes.

Boil fresh asparagus and serve with a garnish of lemon.
