A major aspect of the work to defund/dismantle/abolish policing and all carceral systems is the work to end the criminalization of Black people, including the criminalization of sex work and drugs. This panel will highlight the importance of ending the criminalization of Black cis and trans sex workers and ending the war on drugs from a Black liberation perspective.
